How we process your complaint

We will confirm receipt of your message within a week, as a first response indicating what you can expect and discuss the issue within our asset management team. You can expect a substantive response within 4 weeks. If necessary, we will contact you for additional information.

To date, no complaints have been reported to Coöperatie VGZ. If this changes, we will report about this via this website. We will also evaluate the effectiveness of our complaints procedure based on our experiences.

Furthermore, Coöperatie VGZ will at all times cooperate with complaints mechanisms, regardless of whether these are judicial or not and regardless of whether they are managed by trade associations, non-governmental organizations or other cooperation initiatives. In the event of a dispute between Coöperatie VGZ and a stakeholder about our conduct, or if a stakeholder believes that we are not complying with the OECD guidelines, the matter can be submitted to the National Contact Point for Responsible Business for mediation and a solution.
